Davies Company has been manufacturing our own line of retention knobs. All manufacturing is done in our plant located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Our retention knobs are known throughout the industry as second-to-none, and they can be easily recognized in their famous blue tubes. T J Davies Company is currently looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day inside sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

How You Will Impact Our Organization

  • Interact with key stakeholders on an ongoing basis, customers, plant staff, office staff and vendors.
  • Advise or assist customers/clients in areas including inventory selection and providing Quotations.
  • Update inventory daily based on sales and production.
  • Pack orders and process UPS shipments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

What We Expect From You

  • Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity.
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and must have good time management skills
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • This position involves constant moving and standing
  • Excellent computer skills, including hardware and software.
